Where is the provision based? Most of the sessions are based at 'The Makery’, our shop at Barugh Green, but sessions also take place at our house on Victoria Road. For some specialist resources such as hydrotherapy and music therapy, the facilities at Greenacre School are used.
Who can access this? Any young person with a former statement of learning difficulties aged between 19 and 25 can access this provision.
How much will it cost and how will I pay for it? The cost of the provision is based on the level of support a young person needs, this would be discussed with Sarah Parker and your Social Worker. To access this provision, young people need to have a Social Worker. The cost of the provision will be provided through an Individual Budget.
